Baan Asan is an astonishing villa nestled in one of Koh Samui, Thailand’s most scenic, serene, and exclusive bays. The property comprises a stunning three-storey main building, a penthouse, four guest villas and a beachside pavilion, all set in beautiful lush gardens around a generous oceanfront infinity pool overlooking a calm stretch of pristine beach including unobstructed views of the famous Five Islands.

Striking design touches demonstrate a meticulous eye for generous yet practical comforts, with impressive attention to detail and an outstanding sense of the unique. The villa’s double en-suite bedrooms each have a private terrace and comfortable lounge area, with steps leading up to the king sized bed. Two of the suites also boast a separate children’s room, complete with bunk beds and a private en-suite shower, making this an ideal family retreat. Additional luxury facilities include a spacious living and dining area with a huge recycled teakwood table served by a leading edge western kitchen. There’s also a separate office and library, plus a media room with top of the range audio and video equipment and wireless coverage throughout the villa.

Bedrooms: 

Over 3 floors with the Master Bedroom on the third floor and the rest of the bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 5 feature adjoining children room with 2 bunk beds and en-suite bathroom (bunk beds are 1.85m and not suitable for adults).

Standard Capacity: 

10 adults and 4 children (5 Bedrooms). Please note that rental of reduced occupancy of 4 Bedrooms exclude the Master bedroom on the third floor. Capacity for the 4 Bedrooms is 8 adults and 4 children.

Pool Area: 

4.9m x 17.2m x 1.5m infinity pool with Jacuzzi and a separate shallow zone for kids. Sun lounges, beach sala and 3 hammocks.

Dining: 

A delicious range of Thai and other cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef who is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.

Living & Dining Areas: 

Open plan living room with ceiling fan (no air-conditioning); Modern kitchen; Indoor and outdoor dining area; Beach sala; Pool area with sun lounges and hammock; Indoor dining area can sit up to 14 persons; Outdoor dining area can sit up to 16 persons.

Kitchen: 

Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ, stove top. It has two kitchens where one is a commercial kitchen suitable for events.

Entertainment:

Linen & Towels: 

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Water Activities: 

2 kayaks (double seats each) are available.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Airport Transfers Inclusion

• Rental of 4-bedroom and below includes 1x round trip airport transfer (1 van only for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).

• Rental of the 5 bedroom includes 1x round trip airport transfer (2 vans only for each way, 7-10 persons per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).

• Additional airport transfer service is available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast (3 single beds are available).

• Two baby cots and a high chair are available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.

• Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

• Babysitting service may be arranged at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Booking in advance with a minimum of 4 hours prior is required.
