The villa is located up a hill and is about 25 minutes from the airport.

Families: 

Suitable for groups of adults or families with older children; For groups with toddlers and smaller kids, baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

3 beds - 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children in the Bunk Room

4+1 beds - 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children in the Bunk Room 

(Note: children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the Kid's Room).

Living Areas: 

Open sunken living sofa by the pool with ceiling fan, pool and ocean view; Enclosed living area with large flat screen TV. Open dining area with a large teakwood table that fits 10.

Dining: 

A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.

Smart TV; Apple TV; Sound system (Apple Home Pods).

Linen & Towels: 

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Chef Service

• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available.

• One daily shopping trip totaling less than 2,000 THB, will incur a 650 THB service fee, if above 2,000 THB, fee is 20% of the shopping cost. Additional daily trip charged at 1,000 THB per trip, all subject to 7% VAT.

• Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site.

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 75++ per night per person inclusive of daily breakfast.

• Under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.

• A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.

• Babysitting service may be available on request at extra cost. Minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
